In order to bring The Road to Fame to movie theaters across the country, we have now partnered with Tugg.com, a web-platform that helps individuals, groups and organizations to set up personalized screenings. Follow the steps below, and share the stories of these kids!
To request a screening, register with Tugg.com and fill out the Event Request Form. Pick the theater, date and time of your choice. Within 3 to 5 business days, a Tugg representative will contact you to help with all the logistics.
Think of what can make your event special. The screening can be followed by a Q & A with director Hao Wu, a talk with guest speakers, or even a mini musical of local cast! Tugg has provided these comprehensive guides to ensure that the event fits your goals (especially for fundraising purposes).
Once the event page is created, promote the event! This is the only trick with having a Tugg screening - you need to pre-sell a certain amount of tickets (normally about 40-60) in order for the event to be confirmed before a deadline (about one week before the event)!
We know you really want the event to happen and want this story to be shared! So here we have prepared all the outreach materials, templates and guides for you to best reach out to your friends, family, and organizations via email, social media, and traditional outreach.
Once enough tickets (normally about 40-60) are sold, the event will be confirmed! If not, the screening will be called off and no one will be charged for the reservation. But you can always try again with more effective outreach methods!
